JOB TITLE: Facilitator/Justice Reinvestment and Incentive Grant

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 HOURS/WEEK (may include evening hours)

**This is a grant funded position provided by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC) from July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2023. ODRC will monitor the program and ensure compliance with all relevant standards. Additionally, continuation of the program beyond grant completion is subject to determination by ODRC and participating courts.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB FUNCTION: Under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator, assists in the implementation of program services in the community including, but not limited to, chemical dependency, cognitive behavioral interventions, mental health and family counseling. This position is responsible for day-to-day programming including the implementation of specialized group work. They will also ensure continuous quality improvement of services. The Facilitator is expected to participate in activities which foster a safe and secure environment that is conducive to the goals and mission of the program and the referring counties. This individual will work in coordination with the Judges and Court Personnel in Delaware, Champaign, Logan, and Union Counties. They will serve as a teammate with Case Managers in each county and may provide coverage for the case manager if they are out of the office.
